SERVEFEST 2009 April 25thIs a day set aside to show Christ’s love and be Jesus’ Hands and Feet to the community. Last year, people from 17 different churches came together to serve the local area in a variety of ways.
This year the goal is to have at least 50 church congregations joining to serve alongside one another on the same day. Whether you are a church who would like to participate in ServeFest ’09 or an agency who could use our help, this day is for you.
To sign up for ServeFest ’09 there are sheets in the foyer and on the bulliten board in the hallway leading up to the fellowship hall, include your T-Sirts size! Excitement is building as introductory ServeFest meetings have included upwards of 40 churches. This year will not only be unique in terms of its larger scope, but we will also celebrate what God is doing by uniting in worship after we serve together.
